Michelle and Evy, I just had to let you know how the puppy we got from your kennel was doing at the 6th month. I have attached some of the pictures so you can see what she looks like. they are in order of age so you can see how she has grown. I am really please with her temperament, long hair, and intelligence. I am taking her everywhere and exposing her to everyone and everything (even a motorcycle rally) She is very laid back and intelligent. I have never owned a dog which at such an early age is able to control themselves, and I as well as my neighbors are amazed. From the first day I could walk her without a leash and she loves going everywhere. She rarely barks, but when she does it is formidable for a female of such a young age. We are very pleased with her. Thanks to both,
James, Capt., USAF

Sorry it has been awhile since I
emailed you Dakota updates. We have been very busy lately.
Anyway, Dakota is one smart
puppy. She loves playing fetch and running on the treadmill.
She has gotten huge, over 30 pounds now. She began losing her
puppy teeth. I feel so bad for her. You can tell when a she is
cutting a tooth, she lays at my feet and just looks so sad.
Attached are some pictures.
Blessings
Linda

So far he is great and I am sure the best is yet to come. If he
grows in to his paws I might need a bigger house. You did a great
job I can tell this is a quality dog and I look forward to his
friendship for many years to come. From time to time I will send you
pics to keep you updated. Thanks John

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that we just got back from a 4 day cluster dog show in Louiseville, Ky. Baccardi was just in Rally Obedience to see where he is at. He came home with his Rally Novice title, passed the first 3 times he was in the ring. The first day with a perfect score and first place, the second day he only lost 1 point and got a second place, and the third day he lost 1 point and got second place to my mom and her dog. I had a picture taken and will send you one when I receive it. I also had ALOT of people interested in him, and he turned many heads in and out of the ring. I gave your name to 2 people and gave them your website address. I don't know if they will contact you or not, but I thought I should let you know. I happily passed on your name, as I am truly happy with Baccardi and his temperment and work ethic!!!! I couldn't ask for a better dog!!

Hi, Just wanted to let you
know the dogs are doing well. They are quite active and have
adjusted well. We haven't named them but we are tossing around
several names to go with their personality and looks. We have
taught them to sit, but they are not housebroken yet, hopefully
soon. They sleep all night, maybe cry 10 minutes when they are
put in the kennel. We see them studying and learning all the
time. Here is one picture to add to your collection .
Will keep in touch as they continue to grow and learn. Steve and Nancy

Hello! We had a wonderful weekend
w/(Deuce) Harley. He is such a cutie pie and already has the
sweetest personality. He is such a cuddler and talker.
He loves to have his ears and his belly rubbed, puts him right to
sleep. He slept in bed and is a really restless sleeper, likes
to move around, and boy does he dream! His legs go flying and
his tongue hangs out, he also does alot of slurping/sucking noises
when he is dreaming. He goes in his kennel all by himself. but
boy of boy, when he doesn't want to be in there, he lets us know!
He can howl like nobody's business :) He likes to watch tv, go for
car rides, and play with his new big sister. He is teething
really bad right now, so he cries a bit, but feels better when he is
chewing on a bone or a frozen wash rag.

Michelle, George (Max) had his one year birthday last Saturday Feb. 2. I just wanted to send you some pictures and let you know he is doing fine. He is doing very well in obedience classes. He is a very fast learner. Everyone always comments on how smart and handsome he is. I was going to get him involved in tracking, agility and rally classes over the summer. I can’t wait to take him out to the lake again this summer to go swimming. He really enjoyed that. Well I hope all is well with you. Jennifer |

Hello, I bought one of your puppies
last August, and I wanted to write and tell you how delighted we are
with her! Her registered name is Anastasia, but we call her
"Ripley." She has been a wonderful pet! She is very
well-tempered and is so much fun to work with. I have had her
in obedience and agility classes, which she has seemed to enjoy and
excel at. I am a teacher in Iowa, and live with a friend and
Ripley on a farm. Ripley has an underground fence, and spends a lot
of time outside watching the porperty. I found your website on-line
to see pictures of Ripley's parents. Now that she's almost
full-grown it's interesting to see how she compares to the other
adult dogs. My only concern with her is that one of her ears
stands up all the time, and the other hardly ever does!
Hopefully they will both stand up once she is a little older! What
do you think? Thanks for letting me buy one of your puppies! I
couldn't have asked for a better dog! Allison

Scott & I have named our new puppy
Jake -- not very original but it's one we could both agree on.
We've also decided his "c" name will be Crusoe. We have fallen
absolutely in love with him. Rest assured, Jake has a great place he can call home. Everything is going smoothly. Scott & I are actually more tired than the puppy is!!!

Hi, Michelle. Just thought I'd let you
know I took CHarley to our vet in McFarland yesterday. He
checks out just great! He is a wonderful dog. He is very
mellow, follows me everywhere, sleeps at my feet. Very sweet.
A nice companion for me at home all day! Thanks again for such
a wonderful pup. Everybody loves him.

Michelle, Just thought I would drop a
quick line. Kimmie is doing great and is loving her new home.
She enjoys swimming in our ponds and chasing cars along the fence.
She is just super. Perfect fit for the family. I will send pictures in the near future. Thanks again,

Baccardi is doing
great! He goes to work with me every day, which is at a horse
farm. He is very smart, and a quick learner. He knows
sit, come, down, and is quickly learning tracking. He is crate
trained and doesn't bark when locked up, even if there is alot of
activity of the other dogs around. He is pretty much house
broken, once in a while he will pee in his crate at night, but not
very often. He is starting to eat better, he wasn't eating
really good for a while, but is starting to eat better now.
His ears came up, but now they are back down because he just started
teething. He is the nicest puppy!!! I can't wait for him
to grow up!!! I will send pictures soon!!! Thank you
very much for this wonderful puppy, I couldn't have asked for a
better match!!!!! Heidi

Hi, As you can
see, Sasha (Bella) is gettng bigger. Her ears went up this
week and she is perfecting her soccer game. We attached a
picture of her with her soccer ball - it is one of her favorite
toys. She's had her second visit to the vet - everything is going well. She doesn't mind going to the vet and was calm and relaxed in the exam room. Our vet is great - he took care of Abbey for the 13 1/2 years we had her. He is looking forward to getting to know Sasha and thinks she is a great dog.

This puppy is so good! She is
crate trained, almost 100% potty trained after 2 nights, even sits
on command. her "comes" are remarkable after 2 days, and she
follows me everywhere. My daughter Madeline is in love with
her, and Omega/Meggy feels the same way. What happiness you
have brought to us. I hope we can train her to her full
potential. Thank you for the reinforcement regarding new
introductions, Mark viewed the Leerburg CD regarding puppies and is
now a believer of the "rules". He dosn't like to seem 'over
the top', I guess. We love Mega already, and it's been 48
hours. Thanks, Michelle-keep up the good work! We'll
be back for the "alpha"...

Thanks for the link, and she
(Buffy) is doing
wonderfully. She was a little whiney at first last night, then
settled right down. She is anxious to go outside as soon as
out of the kennel, and is going to the door when she needs out
(pretty good for 8 wks old). She had her first vet visit today, with a follow up in 4 weeks. The vet reported her very healthy. This week end she will have a chance to meet the 3 grand children for the first time, and many other visitors stopping by to meet the new addition. We think she will be a very well adjusted dog, and it is clear that your socialization planning with your puppies makes for a demonstrably well adjusted dog. Thanks a lot, and we'll keep you informed. A picture is enclosed.

Michelle, Here are some pictures of Isis.
She is doing great. She now weighs 85 lbs. Everyone
loves her. She has learned a few more tricks. Goes for a
walk everyday. Her favorite game is to catch a frisbee.

Dear Michelle, Hope you enjoy
the pictures of ASophie that I took throughout the past several
months. They sure grow fast. She is in perfect health
and weighed in at about 60 lbs. at 6 months. She loves play,
especially KONG, as you see in one of the pictures. She is
quite a beautiful dog. She also is crazy about playin in water
and swimming. She stays very close to us and is well taken
care of - maybe even spoiled.

Hi Michelle, Chiemsee got a bath last night; she was scared at first but was wagging her tail by the end. Her personality is so easy going; she thinks our youngest son is a toy yet and likes to chase after him. We'll be working on him not running from her and teaching him how to control 'his' flight instincts. Lots of chewing going on; it's a good thing we had hung onto many toys. She really likes to be outside w/ us, and is trying to figure out how she can get up in the boys' tree house w/ them. |
